DESCRIPTION
 
Tillandsia Abdita is one of the most colorful Tillandsia in our assortment of aerial plants. This plant has many green leaves that touch each other gently. As Tillandsia Abdita grows, the leaves can take on a beautiful red/purple color. Popularly, Abdita is often called Tillandsia Brachycaulos, a very common species in the Tillandsia plant family. This aerial plant is, however, unique of its kind and a very rare species.
 
Originally,  Tillandsia Abdita grows in Mexico and Central America, mainly in dry woods and deserts at 600-1200 meters altitude.
Corsa Plant grows this unique strain on farms in Central America as well as at its main facility in De Lier, The Netherlands.
This aerial plant will first grow to a diameter of at least 8 cm so Corsa will supply beautiful pieces of Tillandsia Abdita approximately this size.
 
Likes to be sprayed with water once a week (less in winter), preferably with our Aerial plant care spray.
