Rhipsalis Elliptica is a beautiful hanging plant, originally from Brazil, easy to care for, with unusually shaped leaves and structure.

In its natural habitat, it is often found on steep slopes. A very easy to care plant that likes indirect sun and will flower regularly throughout the summer.

This plant, by its easy-care nature and unusual, almost alien appearance, provides interesting structure and shape. Works well both in a pot, as suspension plant.

It is native to Brazil, where it lives in subtropical or tropical forests, hanging or suspended from branches or growing on the stumps of old trees. The main threat to the species is deforestation.

As a native, it can also be found growing along the branches of trees like an epiphyte, never harming its host, but growing in harmony with it, increasing the biomass and diversity of an ecosystem.

Rhipsalis will grow in almost any light condition, making it ideal as an indoor plant. However, it will grow best in bright, indirect light.
